Return/Exchange Policy

Returns
At Nexajewels, we strive to make returns and refunds as seamless as possible.

Our return policy is valid for 30 days from the date of delivery. You can request a refund within 21 days of delivery. Unfortunately, we cannot offer refunds or exchanges beyond this period.

To initiate a return, please email us at Nexajewels@gmail.com within 21 days of receiving your item.

Please note that customized or personalized orders, including engraved jewelry, cannot be returned or exchanged as they are made specifically for you.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the same condition as received, and in its original packaging.

Refunds (if applicable)
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you via email. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will be applied to your original method of payment within a few business days.

Late or Missing Refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received your refund, first check your bank account. Then contact your credit card company, as it may take some time before the refund is officially posted. Next, reach out to your bank, as there is often some processing time. If you have done all this and still haven’t received your refund, please contact us at Nexajewels@gmail.com.

Exchanges (if applicable)
We only offer exchanges for items that are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange an item for the same product, email us at Nexajewels@gmail.com, and we will provide you with the return address via email.

Gifts
If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you will receive a gift credit for the value of the return. A gift certificate will be mailed to you once the returned item is received.

If the item was not marked as a gift or if the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves, the refund will be sent to the gift giver, who will be notified of the return.

Shipping
To return your product, mail it to the address provided by Nexajewels. Please email us at Nexajewels@gmail.com before shipping back jewelry, loose moissanite, or other gemstones.

You are responsible for paying your own shipping costs for returns. Shipping costs are non-refundable, and the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Depending on your location, the time it takes for your exchanged product to reach you may vary. For items over $200, we recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance, as we do not guarantee receipt of your returned item.
